Barry Sternlicht, of W Hotels fame, wanted to change the hospitality landscape once again. He saw an opportunity to do something special while building three new locations for the new boutique chain, 1 Hotels. We crafted the brand from booking engine to bedside accessories, while showcasing the power digital has to transform hospitality from just pretty photos to actually building an experience.

We adopted a seamless “add to cart” process that allows people to book everything from pool cabanas to off-property restaurant reservations to local nature walks. We helped 1 Hotels become a digital concierge that uses elements of nature and neighborhood to provide experiences that surpass mere tourism.
